An area of 900 m² is dedicated to secondary packaging , where precision, efficiency and attention to detail come together.
Our 550 m² laboratory is the hub of research, development and quality control, where scientific expertise and technology come together to support every stage of the production process.

Departments
Injectables
Sirton has production departments capable of processing vials, ampoules and syringes , with high operational flexibility.
Freeze Dryers of various sizes are available to handle different batch sizes, with the option of using single-use systems . Processing can be performed under aseptic conditions or with terminal sterilization .
20 L, 50 L, 200 L and 400 L Palletanks available.
Packaging department
Sirton offers various secondary packaging solutions for all producible formats (vials, ampoules and pre-filled syringes) and non-standard formats.
All machines are interfaced to manage serialization up to the pallet aggregation level.
